Farm Entry (tickets for 1st Nov - 12th Feb)

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IN FULL BEFORE BOOKING.

For the safety of our visitors and the farm team, we are adjusting the way we operate…..

· We are operating a pre-booked ticketing system for a whole day session (10am-4.30pm). Please stagger your arrival time slightly as the first 15 minutes of each session can see a short queue. You are booked in for the whole session, you do not need to arrive at the start of that session.

· We are restricting our visitor numbers to 1/3 of our normal entrance so once inside you will have loads of space to explore the farm.

· Ticket prices are £6 per person, under 2’s are still free of charge.

· Bookings (including season ticket holders) must be made online so that we can monitor visitor numbers.

· Tickets are non-refundable and once booked cannot be changed, for example, if it looks like it might rain or be too hot as logistically this would be difficult for us to manage.

· Season ticket holders MUST bring their membership card. PLEASE REQUEST A TICKET FOR EVERY PERSON VISITING.

· This restriction on the number of visitors per day is not ideal but it does mean that we can comply with the current social distancing measures.

· A one-way system has been carefully laid out to help with social distancing.

· The café will be operating with a slightly reduced menu choice and if current measures continue, we have plenty of seating inside so no problem if it rains.

· The indoor play area will remain closed until further notice.

· You can enter the animal pens as normal (rabbits and guinea pigs) but please wash your hands.

· You can still purchase animal feed buckets at the till.

· All of our staff will have their relevant PPE and will have daily health checks.

· Additional sanitiser units are available throughout the park.

· Please do not visit us if you are showing any signs of ill health.

· Please call the farm on 07824 393517 with any questions.

**PLEASE DO NOT VISIT OUR FARM IF YOU LIVE IN A LOCKDOWN AREA**

All of these small restrictions will evolve over time so we thank you in advance for your patience as we all find our feet again.

Thank you for your support with these safety measures and we look forward to welcoming you back to the farm…the animals have been missing you!
